Dumisile Yozi is the founder and Director of Yozi Attorneys Inc., bringing a diverse professional background spanning advocacy, criminal law, litigation and judicial experience.
He obtained his LLB degree from Walter Sisulu University in the Eastern Cape and was subsequently admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa in 2009.
He initially practised as an independent advocate before joining Legal Aid in Mthatha as a Professional Assistant, where he specialised in Criminal Law.
Following his time at Legal Aid, he successfully completed pupillage at the Transkei Society of Advocates in 2016 and subsequently joined the Transkei Bar, KZN Bar in Durban and Eastern Cape Bar in Port Elizabeth.

Admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa after completing his LLB degree at Walter Sisulu University.
Professional Assistant
Joined Legal Aid in Mthatha and gained focused experience in Criminal Law and client representation.
Completed Pupillage
Successfully completed pupillage at the Transkei Society of Advocates and later joined the Transkei, KZN and Eastern Cape Bars.
Judicial Experience
Appointed as an Acting Magistrate at the Johannesburg Family Court, bringing judicial insight into his broader legal experience.

Acting Magistrate.
In 2020, Dumisile Yozi was appointed as an Acting Magistrate at the Johannesburg Family Court, where he served for six months.
During this period, he also undertook the necessary courses in preparation for converting from the Advocate's Roll to the Attorney's Roll.
On 17 November 2020, Yozi Attorneys Inc. was incorporated.
